Important Clinic Information

•⁠ ⁠Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled clinic for check-in and court preparation.BRX coaching staff reserves the right to evaluate and place athletes in the appropriate court or training group based on skill level, experience, and developmental needs. •⁠ ⁠Athletes should come dressed in appropriate volleyball attire, including athletic shoes and knee pads.

•⁠ ⁠Please bring a filled water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.

•⁠ ⁠Participants are encouraged to bring any personal equipment they regularly use.

•⁠ ⁠Parents should ensure all registration forms and waivers have been completed prior to arrival.

•⁠ ⁠Athletes should be ready to participate fully and maintain a positive, respectful attitude throughout the clinic.

•⁠ ⁠Space is limited and registration is required to secure a spot.

REQUIRED AGREEMENT

PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant identified in this registration and hereby grant permission for my child to participate in BRX Volleyball Club clinics, camps, open gyms, tryouts, lessons, and training activities.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in volleyball and related athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, sprains, fractures, concussions, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and, in rare circumstances, death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge BRX Volleyball Club, its owners, directors, coaches, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, facility providers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in BRX Volleyball Club activities, except where prohibited by applicable law.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize BRX Volleyball Club staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

HEALTH CONFIRMATION

I certify that my child is physically capable of participating in volleyball activities and has no known medical condition that would prevent safe participation, except as disclosed during registration.

CODE OF CONDUCT

I agree that my child and family members will conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, staff, officials, athletes, parents, and facility personnel. BRX Volleyball Club reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

By checking the box below and entering my full legal name, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Waiver and Release of Liability and agree to its terms. I understand that my electronic signature is legally binding and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

BRX Volleyball Club – Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All clinic registrations are final.

Due to limited capacity, court reservations, coaching commitments, and program planning, BRX Volleyball Club does not offer refunds for clinic registrations or clinic packages.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

•⁠ ⁠Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before the clinic start time may receive a credit toward a future BRX clinic, subject to availability and BRX approval.

•⁠ ⁠Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the clinic start time are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up sessions.

•⁠ ⁠No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up sessions.

Registration & Attendance

•⁠ ⁠Registration is valid only for the specific clinic date, time, and program selected at the time of registration.

•⁠ ⁠Participants may not switch clinic dates, times, or clinic types after registration.

•⁠ ⁠Missed clinic sessions may not be made up on another date.

•⁠ ⁠Clinic packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the athlete originally registered.

•⁠ ⁠Registrations may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with another participant.

Clinic Packages

•⁠ ⁠All clinic packages must be used during the designated clinic session for which they were purchased.

•⁠ ⁠Unused sessions, credits, or package balances do not carry over to future seasons, programs, or clinic series.

Program Changes

•⁠ ⁠BRX Volleyball Club reserves the right to modify clinic schedules, coaching assignments, training curriculum, or program structure as necessary.

•⁠ ⁠BRX Volleyball Club reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine clinics due to insufficient enrollment, facility availability, or circumstances beyond its control.

•⁠ ⁠If BRX Volleyball Club cancels a clinic, participants will receive either a credit toward a future clinic or a refund, at BRX’s discretion.

Medical Emergencies

•⁠ ⁠Requests related to documented medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BRX Volleyball Club. Approval of any credit or accommodation is not guaranteed.

Assumption of Risk

•⁠ ⁠Participation in BRX Volleyball Club programs is subject to the completion of all required waivers, releases, and registration documents.

By registering for any BRX Volleyball Club clinic, camp, open gym, tryout, or training program, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
